Dora child seat

I'm glad to see designs that will make kids want to use a car seat but Dora is kind of creeping me out. It might be the angle of the photo but it looks like she is standing in the seat, with very short legs, extremely long arms, and her head in a vise.

I forgot to mention that I am glad to see them using an older child in their demo photos this time. (Same album as the linked photo.)

Um yea, that's creepy and this is a decent looking design i guess, but weird. The hands look weird as well as the cup holders.

They had another picture earlier of a maybe 4 or 5 year old using at a booster and the fit was HORRIBLE. A couple of us commented and they deleted the picture

I had commented on it and suggested that they try a bigger child, or try moving the captain's chair back to see if that helps. I'm glad that they removed it; maybe they are off doing new photos now! *fingers crossed*

I was going to say the same thing about it looking like she's holding beer. Who's job was it to look at that and say, "oh yeah, that looks AWESOME!"?

We just saw this seat at walmart & DD started screaming Dora Dora. It is kinda cute once you get over the creepy factor lol. I set her up in it & she only had about an inch from reaching the top slot. She will be 3 next month. I think they should redesign it with more slots or it can only be used a short time. It definitely would be better as a booster.

It just looks odd to me, not necessarily creepy. What will look worse is if you raise the headrest and she gets a longer neck, lol.
