Broke down and ordered the Regent

Every time my dd2 sees a pic of the Madison Regent, she asks when she is going to get one. She still has just a bit of room in her MA, but she's not as comfy as she once was in it. So I finally caved and just ordered one from Albee Baby. If they ship quickly, it would be neat for it to get here in a few days when she's at Gramma's house! That would be a good surprise for her lol.
I can't wait to play with it!

Yeah! I ordered one from EliteCarSeats in mid-June, and it still hasn't arrived. I hope yours arrives soon!

It was on back order. I'm guessing with everything going on around the seat since has pushed delivery back even further. Anxiously awaiting it... still

I'm hoping your kids had some life in their previous seats left, right on for avoiding the booster for as long as you can.

My oldest's shoulders are right at the Apex 65 top slot, so we're ready for it to arrive soon. I have boosters, but with still too young (for me), I'm reluctant to use them. She'll be 4 in September and a very tall, long-torso girl. I've tried her in a Radian Sunshine that I can borrow... no room to grow either. Soon... I hope.

Why do you consider a regent a booster? Just curious.

My Madison regent is out for delivery...I am waiting on it today

No, what I'm saying is that by buying the regent she is avoiding putting her child in a booster seat, not as safe as a regent.
