Fixing head slump

DD2 has gotten her new seat and it is an EFTA. She loves her seat, but when she falls asleep in it her head slumps forward. The level indicator/line is level with the ground. Would you try to fix the head slump by using one noodle, thus reclining the seat a tad more (I have not tried it so I have no idea what it would look like) or should I just live with it? It does not seem to bother her any. And it is less so if I remove the head rest.
