'02 Silverado 1500 hd + RF convertible??

I have a friend with a tallish 15 month old that needs a new RF seat to fit in an '02 Silverado 1500 hd (crew cab and 6.5' bed if that helps). He's way too big for his bucket seat and she's only beginning to learn about car seat safety/proper usage now, so I need to give her info on a new seat that'll fit ASAP.
She sits in the middle of the back seat with a 2 yo (FF for now, but may switch; not sure of his CR yet, finding out) outboard driver. What will and what won't fit RF back there for the 15 month old behind the passenger?

I got a radian rfing in the middle really well in our 98 silverado, byt I think the 02 might be a newer body style. I had more trouble with a ffing seat in it bc the windows in the back are right against the seat.

If its a crew cab (full-size rear doors), anything will fit back there! :) If the front occupants are average height or taller, my favorite rearfacing seat for outboard passenger is the MR. I dont like it ffing, though. I think the Radian with AA would work very well now, too. (I previously had issues getting the Radian more upright for a toddler, even in the center, but the AA would rectify that.) Forward facing, the TF is incompatible with seatbelt outboard in my '05. There are convenience loops on the seatbelt that interfere with the ffing lock off. *I* found it to be a smidge too big to rf behind the passenger seat, but its a dream rfing in the center. We used it without the headrest behind the driver when we had an infant in it, too. :) I don't remember about the Radian ffing install. In my '05, the back seat back is several inches off the glass, and the seat back itself is thicker. I don't think there was a problem with the top of the Radian resting on the glass. I would think the EFT65 would work well back there. The Classic and New Gen Britax convertibles fit, as do the Avenue and Scenera. I haven't had any combination seats in there yet. HTH
