Carseat puzzle

Ok, how would you do it?

09 chevy traverse
4yr old FFing in (I think) a Nautilus
2yr old in a Radian, he has been RF, but she turned him FFing trying to make seats fit in a reasonable set up.
Noob in a KF.

The Traverse does have a third row, but it needs to be accessible. They live in NYC- Do we have any techs there?

Can the 4 YO buckle himself?

I'd probably put the Nautilus in the third row and then the Radian center, second row, and the keyfit outboard drivers side. Then the 3rd row would be easy to get to.
