Should I return a carseat I just bought with a manufacture date in 2010?

I just ordered a Nautilus from Amazon and it has a Manufacture date of May 2010. Should I return it? When I've ordered carseats before their DOM date has usually been a few months old, but a year and a half?
How long is the expiry date on these seats?

It expires in December of the 6th year. You received it with approximately 70% of its usable life left, so if you paid more than 70% of full retail value I would return it. (I think the backless booster may be used for longer than 6 years, I could be wrong)

It's the Nautilus Elite (I wanted the seat belt lock-offs), I paid something like $159 + tax + free shipping from Amazon.

I only have one child now, who is almost 4, so who knows if it will make a difference that it expires in 2016 when she is 8. She will be using it as a booster if she is using it. I don't know if I will have more children to hand it down to.

I'm weighing the pros and cons.

Pros:
It's at my house.
It expires in Dec. of 2016, so it still has 5 years on it.

Cons:
I don't know if I will receive a carseat with a newer DOM if I return it.
It's a hassle to return and to wait for a different seat or order from somewhere else.

Thanks for the opinions, I really appreciate it. I've never received a carseat so far from DOM. Most are usually two months.
I think I will return it. I'm just bummed to have to wait another week or two for a different one and I guess order from somewhere else.
The box it came in is big enough to fit me into also. A mammoth. I hope I can carry it to the car.

That seems like the usual price for Nautilus Elites, so I would return it for a newer DOM.
