I searched and can't find the answer. Can I use the hugs from my soon to be expired MA on my RA50?

All HUGS are the same. I would have no problem using them from another seat. However, HUGS are not just a pre crash positioner and do have a job in a forward facing position. I would use them until they expire, but would hesitate to use them after that.

I'd call britax and ask. I'm not sure the RA 50 can be used with hugs.

I had called Britax a couple of years ago and asked about it. I was told that the RA50 does not require HUGS. So I asked if I could put some on and she told me that that would be fine but again- they are not required on that seat... her big thing was that they were NOT REQUIRED- but it also would do no harm to add them.
But still- call to make sure nothing had changed since I spoken to them about it.

The hugs and harness on the MA are only a little over a year old. I got the seat from a friend who had a girl so the cover was Brooke. I got the black/gray soft cover so I bought a black harness and gray hugs for the seat.
