Which Seat to FF w/o Tether

I keep two seats ff in my third row for dd's friends who are siblings. I occasionally take all three kids or the other mom & I go places together or both families go places. I've been using a Go & Avenue, so I had to tether the Go. Now I'm planning to put the Go in my Mustang & use the Avenue & an EFTA65. Which one would YOU put in the untethered spot & why. BTW, I will NOT move a seat to be able to tether both spare seats. It causes an argument with my dd & I won't fight her to sit in her RF seat every trip.

Oh, that brings up another issue... Kids are both 34 lbs, nearly the same height, & ages are just turned 4 & almost 3. Who gets the tethered seat?

I would tether the younger child since s/he has a less developed spinal column. As to which seat I don't really know. Is there an option to rf the younger child?

Nope, no RF for either. Younger kid gets car sick & I won't push the issue with someone else's kids as long as they are legal. I respect their choices, just as I expect mine to be respected.
