IKEA Recalls to Repair ANTILOP High Chairs Due to Fall Hazard. Sold exclusively at: IKEA stores nationwide from August 2006 through January 2010 for about $20.

Children and Youth “Little Tricky” Bicycle Helmets Recalled by Triple Eight Distribution Due to Risk of Head Injury. Sold at: Bicycle and sports stores and other retailers nationwide and online from August 2006 through November 2011 for about $40.

Children's Chairs and Stools Recalled by Elegant Gifts Mart Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard. Sold exclusively at: 1 to Seven stores in Puerto Rico from September 2010 through June 2011 for between $5 and $6.

2011 Forté Pro Carbon Road Bicycle Pedals Recalled by Performance Inc. Due to Fall Hazard. Sold at: Performance’s website, catalogs and Performance retail stores from February 2011 through October 2011 for about $100.

Target Recalls 6-pc. LED Flashlight Sets Due to Fire and Burn Hazards. Sold exclusively at: Target stores nationwide from October 2010 through December 2011 for about $10 per set.

Uni-O Industries Recalls O-Grill Portable Gas Grills Due to Fire and Burn Hazards. Sold by: LL Bean, Stoneman, BBQG, Walgreens, REI, Dillards and Dick's Sporting Goods nationwide from November 2008 through December 2010. The O-Grill 1000 sold for $149 and the O-Grill 3000 sold for $189.

Sterno Recalls 5 Hour Tea Lights Due to Fire and Burn Hazard. Sold through: Food service distributors and other restaurant supply stores nationwide from April 2011 through October 2011 for between $36 to $50 per case. The recalled tea lights were not sold to retail consumers.

HimalayaUSA® announced today it is conducting a voluntary recall of Organique by Himalaya Nourishing Night Cream with batch #S691001 and batch #S691002 effective immediately. The bacteria staphylococcus aureus and fungus were found present in samples of Nourishing Night Cream batch #S691001 and were traced to the bottle’s pump components, which were supplied by a third party manufacturer. This product was distributed nationwide in the U.S. and in Canada.

As a precautionary measure, certain production lots of Martinelli’s Gold Medal® Sparkling Cider in six-pack shrink-bundled 250 mL glass bottles are being recalled in the Western United States due to the possibility of a defective seal that could break when opening the bottle.

Green Valley Food Corp. is expanding its recall to approximately 35,159 cases of a variety of products ("Let's Grow Healthy Together!" Sprouts, Sunflower Greens, Organic Wheat Grass, “Green Valley Food Corp.” Snow Pea Shoots, Organic Wheatgrass, Sprouts, “Broccosprouts” blends) because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The sprouts affected in this recall were distributed via truck deliveries to all customers in Texas.

Bekkum Family Farms LLC of Westby, WI, is recalling shredded cheese because it may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The cheese is labeled "Grumpy Goat Shreds" under the Nordic Creamery brand name, in eight-ounce bags with a code date of 10-MAR-12. It was sold in stores in Wisconsin, Minnesota and California beginning Nov. 11.

Alpine Slicing and Cheese Conversion Company in Wisconsin is voluntarily recalling “HEB Queso Cotija (Grated)” (Distributed in Texas), “El Viajero Queso Quesadilla (Shredded)” (Distributed in Wisconsin, Illinois, Tennessee and Florida), “El Viajero Queso Cotija (Grated)” (Distributed in Indiana and Minnesota), and “BMF Queso Quesadilla (Shredded)” (Distributed in New York) because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes

Alpine Slicing and Cheese Conversion Company of Monroe, WI is voluntarily recalling “Brennan’s Cellars Shredded Premium Fondue Blend -- Emmentaler Swiss & Gruyere Cheese”, “Brennan’s Cellars Shredded Mild Colored Cheddar Cheese”, “Brennan’s Cellars Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese” because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The recalled products were distributed to Brennan’s Stores located in Milwaukee, Dane and Green Counties in the state of Wisconsin

Alpine Slicing and Cheese Conversion Company is voluntarily recalling “Edelweiss Creamery Premium Fondue Blend” because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. Approximately 492 lbs of the recalled Edelweiss Creamery Premium Fondue Blend was distributed to: Horrock’s in Lansing, MI, Metcalfe’s Markets in Wisconsin, Maple Leaf Cheese Outlet in Juda, Wisconsin, Gempeler’s Supermarket in Monticello, Wisconsin, Sprouts Farmers Market in Chula Vista, California , Sunflower Farmers Markets in Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada, and California between November 1, 2011 and December 30, 2011.

Rich Products Corporation recalled its 1/4 (quarter) Sheet Vanilla Flavored Pre-Soaked Sponge Cake Artificially Flavored (Product Code: 00405) on January 5, 2012, because small plastic fragments from the packaging were found on top of the product. The 1/4 (Quarter) Sheet Vanilla Flavored Pre-Soaked Sponge Cake Artificially Flavored is not packaged for retail distribution and is sold by the case primarily to in-store bakeries nationwide.
