There is a screw you have to remove to get the additional booster height, correct?

For example: When your using it in harness mode you can adjust the headrest up all the way without worrying you are using height that is only allowed for the booster mode :confused:

That's right.

Except it's not like the old AO where you could accidentally put the harness in a non-reinforced slot. The harness & headrest adjustments are separate on the FR. The harness adjustment is the handle on the back of the seat. That can go all the way to the top. The release for the headrest height is on the back of the headrest. That has to be in the lowest position during harnessed use.
