So I cancel my order from Amazon and the went to the diapers.com webside and order my angle adjuster and it arrived in 2 days, I know that a lot a people here have ask about the head slumping when sleeping so here it is a picture of my 3.8 y/o DD. The car seat is install in a captain chair second row of a Nissan Quest (don't know the year) the adjuster work really great in the car, it was too upright when it was install in a Nissan Murano but still there my DD was able to sleep without a problem, when we get back home I will post more pictures of the adjuster install in a SX4.

Does it velcro over the top? My son might like this on his. I am not sure though if it came on the Radian premiere or something.

You mean the body support? No, it doesn't velcro. The manual states to just tuck the straps underneath the cover, but I found it wouldn't stay put. I tied the straps through the small holes on the top of the Radian shell. I think the holes were where the tether was hooked originally, when the seat was new.

This is what I do, I attach the top part to the holes on top of the car seat and there is also another part the is on the black part of the pillow and I put the red harness thru that and then thru the other hole in the car seat cover, is hard for my to explain because I don't speak English
