Question Double Stroller for a baby and a big toddler

So with a noob on the way I'm considering a double stroller. I'm not 100% sure I want one just yet but Elsa's Jeep umbrella only goes to 40 lbs so if I want there to be an option for her after that I may have to start saving now.

I liked the idea of the tandem sit and stand ones but it looks like they have a 40 lb limit in the back, which is not sufficient for us.

I don't want to spend a lot of money so BOB and such are way out. I know I'd have to spend a bit to get a higher weight limit but I can't do six hundred.

I definitely don't jog - occasional leisurely walks is the most intense we get. We use a stroller mostly for the mall or other places where there are no shopping carts. The zoo, the library, etc. Any suggestions for me to look into? It's kind of overwhelming.

What about a cheap Maclaren Twin Triumph? I bought one on the Maclaren ebay store for about $125. They go to 50lbs. I think they say 80 or 90 lbs combined weight, I don't remember for sure though.

It doesn't look like they have any listed right now though.

Baby Jogger City Mini! They have been on sale lots of places!

This. I love mine. It pushes great with big kids in it. My almost 4 yo is 42" and 37lbs and he fits easily. He's still got some growing room too.

I have a [ame="http://www.amazon.com/Combi-Twin-Sport-Double-Stroller/dp/B002ZNKSNY/ref=sr_1_1?s=baby-products&ie=UTF8&qid=1324407937&sr=1-1"]Combi Twin Sport[/ame] that I really like. It's a side-by-side that holds up to 45 pounds on each side. One side is slightly wider than the other to hold an infant seat. My only real complaint is the small/difficult to access basket underneath.
