Diono R100 vs R120

Are the weight limits the only differences? I've pretty much decided (at least for today) that when baby #4 arrives in July, I will give the baby DD2's RA55 and get DD2 a Radian that can also serve as a back up for the baby and DD2 has a CA as a backup and in a real pinch could use a GN or FR85 from DD or DS. I like having lots of back up options. DD2 is 21 months now and 23 lbs so I will still have her RF unless in a complete bind since she will be 2.5. I just can't imagine ever needing the weight limits on the R120. DD1 is 6.5 and around 50 lbs with about an 18" torso, DS is 4 and about 43 lbs (dd2 is smaller than he was at that age anyway).
I'm hoping a Radian with angle adjuster and no head wings will help DD2s carsickness though it has been getting better lately. So is there any reason to get the R120?

The R120 comes with infant support cushions and the R100 doesn't, so that might be a consideration for you as well.

I have always been under the impression that head wings help reduce car sickness because they limit the view out the side windows and encourage a child to look straight ahead out the front (or back, if RF) window.
