There are no harness heights listed for this seat. Anyone have one and can measure or know the HH?

Thanks!

I am thinking they're even lower than the scenera, which makes no sense to me but that's a cosco combo seat for you.

Ugh. I am trying to find a decent cheap combo seat for my cousin. Her kids are pretty small as a rule but he is just about 3/4 of an inch under top slot on AOE. Which is 14.5 inches.
ETA he is going to be 4 in jan but too immature to booster and she wants to keep him harnessed as long as she can.

She does not have a lot to spend.

What is a good price for one? And does it make a good booster?

At Walmart.com, it shows the Maestro to start at $68. Since the booster guides are not adjustable, the seat doesn't last a long time as a booster. Usually, if the child has outgrown the harness by height, he probably is very close to outgrowing the booster too.

Yeah so that wont work well. I know it is different for each child but what combo makes a good booster as a rule?

The cheapest one that makes a decent booster is the Nautilus, but a Maestro now and a TurboBooster later is generally cheaper than a Nautilus.

Does her vehicle have headrests? Last time I was at big lots they still had apexes for $65. I don't even know if dorel still makes them but it's not a bad seat for the price. I had one several years ago and having seen the maestro I would pick the apex over it because it's roughly the same price but fits alot bigger kids.

I'm almost positive they have headrests. I'll be at big lots probably later tonight getting stocking stuffers so I can take pics and measurements if you want.
