Beginning to think Chevy and SKJP are partners...

The Radian and the Traverse are simply a match made in car seat heaven. I haven't found a spot I don't get an ideal install, both rf'ing and ff'ing. I'm thinking when they designed one, they had the other for their testing. If Patrick could still fit in one, I'd have 3 in my car. So for now, it's 2 Radian's (both center...FF in 3rd row and rf'ing in the 2nd) and a Britax FR85 driver side. Yep, I got a FR85 and RN XT side by side on the 60. Leaving the 40 side open for easy access to the 3rd row as well as a spot for my 15yr old. I had all 3 little ones in the 2nd row for all of 2 days when Ricky decided he'd rather not be able to see out the window then sit next to his 2yr old sister. So to the back row he went. Patrick wanted to remain in the 2nd row, so that meant Ricky got to go to the center and now everybody is top tethered and happy. Well, until tomorrow. LOL

My experience is that things aren't as easy when Traverse (and clones) captains chairs are involved. Still doable but I didn't come away thinking it was a match made in heaven. Eta: specifically ff radians

Glad you're loving your new ride. :)

Hmmm, maybe I'm glad I didn't end up with the captains chairs after all! And I did lie in my OP. I haven't got a happy install FF in the center of the 2nd row. Though I confess, I didn't try very long. Some day I will try again, but for now....no need.

I used to think the same thing about the redesigned Chrysler T&C and Dodge GC. RF Radians install like a dream in the super sloped vehicle seats. And, IIRC, I've seen SKJP (I think Diono's are a redesigned Sienna, also with sloped captains chairs) stock pics with Radians installed in them.
