Has anyone heard of this issue?I am meeting with a parent today whose child is getting red marks on her back and complaining in the CA65. I am not finding info but need to see if there is something in particular I need to be looking at and a solution. I am guess in one of three things. Either the harness is below the Childs shoulders so the guides are causing the marks, the latch is hitting the back, the flap at the bottom of the headrest is hitting her back.
Please let me know so I can help mom figure this out.
