The episode was about storm chasers and his side story was that his baby wouldn't sleep unless he held it and moved a certain way. He was inspired by a "tornado in a tube" to build this column that he set the bucket on top of. It made the carseat kind of spin around and rock, mimicking the baby's fav motion. Kind of like the old "put the baby in the carseat/bouncer on the dryer" thing, but more scientific. Def NOT c-s.org approved! LOL ;-) And Angela vetoed the craziness, BTW.

I'm disappointed no one else saw it.

It's towards the end. I just caught it walking back from the laundry room. Looked like the orange/red KF. Fuego?

I saw it too, love Bones! I pointed out to dh that they had a kf and he said it didn't look very safe (spinning on top of the column). Pretty sure they used the same seat in an episode awhile back where the victim (I think, but the memory is kind of vague) had an infant and Bones was carrying the baby around w/ her all day in the seat while they were trying to find somewhere for the baby to go.

I am behind on the newest episodes but I do remember having a car seat in an older episode but I swear it was the checkered square pattern?

I saw it and thought it was hilarious. And someone at Bones must like Chicco because the infant seat they used in The Baby in the Bough (the season three episode with the baby) was also a Keyfit.

Yes I just watched this episode last night and saw the keyfit. That's the same color one we have!

Maybe Bones' baby will use a keyfit too ha ha.

Hey, wouldn't it be great if the show went on for four more years? Bones is nor emotional, she's factual and scientific. She's the perfect ERF platform! Of course she'd choose to ERF, bc it makes the most statistical sense!

Emily has already spoken about how she plans to BF for 1 yr min because she knows its so beneficial for baby. Soooo...maybe she'd only need a tiny nudge to talk about erf too.
