Last time I read an update it had been pushed back into mid next year iirc.

The website used to have a quarter listed but now all it says is 2012.

"In the next few months," according to CarseatBlog's report from the ABC Show in September. http://carseatblog.com/13643/abc-expo-2011-whats-coming-soon-from-kiddy-usa/ They were waiting for NHTSA approval, which I don't understand, since NHTSA doesn't pre-approve seats. We discussed that in another thread, but I don't remember what the details were.

Not sure if there has been a more recent update.

Not sure if there has been a more recent update.

They don't have to have pre-approval, but they are seeking it because it's "new technology" to the market and to make sure that everyone is on the same page.

Basically, they are making SURE that everyone agrees they have all their ducks in a row, rather than risk a costly recall.

Yeah, I went back and found the thread where you said they said they were doing "do" diligence.

(They used the wrong form of "due;" Pixels didn't)
