The first forward facing riders in my car!!

I did it. I let both kids (Nour & Zain) ride FF today for the very first time in my car. They are 3 years, 6 months and 4 days old. I had to with Zain because he has outgrown the TFP by weight for RF and was just about too tall RF in the MR. I still can't get the MR installed tightly FF in my vehicle, so I bought one of the Wayfair FR85's, and found a Cowmoo cover so I switched out the Maui Blue it came with and sold it on swap. I love the Cowmoo so much better. This morning, before I got Zain in the car, I told him I got him a new seat, opened the door and asked him if he liked it. His response: "Oooo, it's sooo cute!" :D So here is Zain in the FR85 (before I moved the harness and chest clip down a tad and I had to move the crotch buckle to the center position). I'd also like to mention how much I love how easily this installs in my car with LATCH!!! I haven't tried the seat belt yet.

And here is Nour, FF in the TFP, along with "Pookie," her lovey. This also installs like a dream FF (I used the seat belt), which is why I can't figure out what the issue is with the MR! We had just returned from taking the kids to have their picture taken with Santa. Except Nour wanted NOTHING to do with Santa and was a mess of tears, so there are no pics of her with him. Weird, because last year, she had NO problem at all sitting in Santa's lap!

Oh, gosh! Their eyes!

Congrats on keeping them rear facing so long!

I know, I say the same thing about their eyes! They have changed so much since they were babies!

I might just flip Nour back around. I only flipped it FF the other day because I wanted to be able to move the driver's seat back. I didn't get much sleep the night before and literally went to my car in the parking garage on my lunch hour during work, and napped! Anyway, I decided to just leave it. After all, she has been FF in her parents' vehicle since they were 2.5 or so.
