Writing a blog post about car seats! Need advice!

I am writing a blog post about car seats for someone
I have the general idea about car seat safety,

Are there any specific topics you would cover?
making sure the seats properly installed
Rear facing till the child outgrows the seat or following the new AAP recs till 2.
proper harness placing for rf and ff
chest clip not belly or noose clip
forward facing harnessed till when? (average?)
booster till when? they pass the five step test? Make sure they pass in any seat they may ride in regularly?

What's the audience of the blog?

Rather than doing one post that covers ALL there is to know, I'd probably do several, spread out, focusing on one topic at a time. I would probably start with ERF.
