Help determining my serial number

I'm having some issues with my seat but Britax is being difficult because the last digits are missing from my serial number. It just occurred to me that perhaps somebody could scan that little bar code thingy and what might that tell me? I do not have a smart phone. If it doesn't work off of a picture, I'll have to track someone down with a smart phone and do it in person. Want to try?

DH and I both tried to scan it. You don't still have the box do you? Is the seat registered?

Can you send Britax a picture of the label? If that seat came in to a fitting station I would mark it as labels missing and we would want to replace it. Especially since there was a recall in that generation of Britax seats and there is no way to know if its recalled.

No box. I sent Britax a picture already, along with the base defect I want them to look at. No recall on this seat in Canada, so I'm clear there, thankfully -- checking for recalls don't you just look at the DOM and the model #? I've never recorded, or referenced serial numbers at a check. I registered the seat, long ago in the days of mailing in the card, but they don't have any record of it, as that's the first thing I thought to try. Wah!

Thank you all for trying. I'll get a friend to try scanning in person to see if anything happens. And look for other stickers, although I don't think there are any.
