Daycare Van Alarm System

I need to buy an alarm system for my van so that I can transport again. Here in WI they passed a law that vehicles that seat 6 or more people must have an alarm system installed that forces the driver to check that all occupants are out, to reduce chances of Hyperthermia.

So, anyone know where to buy one? We were given some links but they aren't good anymore. I am hoping to make this investment this month, they are pricey!
