So, only 23.5" for RF? I thought this was supposed to be better for ERF. What am I missing? This seat just doesn't seem all that, iykwim?

It's still an incredibly tall seat. The only two that are taller are the TrueFit, which has a 35 pound max so doesn't last as long as the Radian, and the Complete Air, which has a 40 inch max and so doesn't get kids to 40 pounds except in rare cases. ETA: I think the Pria might be taller but also has the 40 inch max?

Measurements don't always reflect how kids actually fit in the seats. The EFT65 and Scenera are very close in measurement, IIRC, but the EFT65 lasts much longer.

I asked SKJP about that once, and they said it was 1.5" from the top of the SEAT, which is about 1" from the top of the shell + the poof of the cover. They said its 1.5" in the manual b/c most parents will measure from the top of the seat itself and not consider the cover thickness when measuring.
