    2012 Compliant Chicco

    The handle MUST be up in the vehicle! There is a warning on all the installation pages in a red box. It says:

    ALWAYS place handle in LOCKED "CARRY" position when using infant restraint system in vehicle.

    Good to know, thanks.

    That means so far the only one still requiring down is Baby Trend. Britax is allowing any locked position still. Everyone else is either up or rebound position it would seem.
