AGAIN! I used the recline bar, LBP with a shoulder/lap belt, and the top tether. It's in there pretty tight, but it's a little crooked. The right side of the seat sticks out further than the left.. 
I hope that is ok, b/c the way my car is made, there are plastic pieces on the sides of the seat and the recline bar doesn't actually fit in between those plastic pieces when I use the seat belt. I guess it will be ok until I get my 'enhancement' kit.
