recommendation for inexpensive car seats in germany

Every year I travel to germany with my kids to visit my relatives. With two little ones, carrying two car seats by myself through the airports etc. is just a bit too much. My older one will be 3 this year when we travel and I am not planning on using the car seat on the plane (will use the CARES harness) so I'd like to purchase an inexpensive german seat online to be shipped to my grandmother's house. We don't travel much in the car when there so we wouldn't use it much but I would like one with 5 point harness that converts to high back booster so it will last for a long time. My younger one will only be a year so I will still be using my infant bucket which I will bring from the US.
Would appreciate suggestions and places to purchase.

They sell the nautilus in Europe but it only harnesses to 18 kg. the only seat that harnesses to 25 kg is the TWE which is not cheap not does it break down into a LB booster.

Is he still RF? If so your choices are basically limited to the Swedish seats. I don't think any of then break down although you can convert the TWE into a HBB.

If I were you I'd be tempted to get the TWE and use it for a year with your older child then pass it to the younger one and buy a HBB for the older one next year (after he's 4). We typically switch to HBB at 4ish in Europe.
