I have the carseat itch - AGAIN!

Is there a cure out there?
I'm thinking of getting DD a Radian (although I never wanted one). BUT she is hovering at 40-41lbs., she was a fast gainer until maybe 3-4 mos.
ago, so I might actually get some use out of it. I saw a thread with the same car and a Radian installed, also found some other threads after searching,
and gee the seat installs beautifully, in the middle even, where I always wanted to put her.
Big plus is, she can't undo the buckle :D.

Advice, tips, enable me, tell me to save my money..:p

Save your money... go by the swap board and satisfy your itch with a discounted Radian or trade something you already have for one. ;)

I can't talk you out of a Radian. I love mine! But I don't know how it would rate against to your MT...

I like the Radian. Go for it.:) It's so slim and low and if it installs well, there's only one issue to deal with and that's the harness adjuster! I came to terms with it by letting Matthew put it on himself without adjusting at all.

Are you looking at a new one or one off swap? I sure wouldn't talk you out of a new Diono one if you could get another Wayfair deal! I still can't believe I got an RXT for $139! The only thing that would have topped that is if it were the plum color.

Now if one of these retailers would hurry up and get the angle adjuster in stock so I can try it in my car, I'd be happy! I won't even bother to open the box until then!

I could get a really nice deal from BuyBuyBaby with a 20% off coupon. (Probably looking at the SK one, if they let me price match Albeebaby and use the coupon I could even get a Diono..) :whistling:

I have a Smart Seat in like new condition, that DD outgrew RF in 4 mos. another one of those I just have to have it things.. But I think it's a beast to ship.
My spare seat is a FR85, but I kind of want to hold on to that..

I need to be medicated.. :p

So are you getting rid of your MT?

No, it can take a break until she hits 45lbs. :p I don't think I can ever pass that thing along because I have it all torn apart right now and the straps are a mess :ashamed:. that's my fault though because I've let DD eat and drink in there sometimes.

Edit: I just cleaned them some more I think they are still okay, just need to dry.

I need to see and play with the MT if/before you get rid of it please. LOL :p

For now I'm definitely holding on to it, so no rush, but we can definitely arrange a 'playdate' sometime :p. I have it all taken apart and cleaned up so it's all pretty again LOL.
