How on earth do you get a hold of anyone there? I have been trying for days. 3 days ago I sent an email to russ, sent another email yesterday to him, called him today and left a message. I used an email someone posted here russ@skjp.com is that correct?

I really need hlelp with something on my new radian and larger tongs ,just need someone to answer there. How do you all get such great customer service I can't even get a person

Russ is probably out of the office - IIRC his wife just had a baby.

I remember reading that Russ' wife just had a new baby. He's probably going to be away for a little while.

Russ just had a new addition to his family so that's probably why he's out of the office. you could try just their contact # for any of the CS reps or email one of them through their general info line...

I emailed Russ yesterday re: when the new Princess Radians would be out and got 2 emails from him- he might be in and out of the office, though. But he was there on Monday, for sure.
