I am so frustrated right now. I washed Katie's cover and I went to put it back on and I have no idea what to do with the bottom part of the cover that she sits on. It has an elastic piece on the bottom of it, and there's a piece of foam that was on the seat...does the elastic of the cover go under the foam piece? I've tried reading the manual, but it says nothing about the foam piece and none of the videos I've seen shows what to do with it, either. I'm assuming the foam piece is supposed to be there since it came with the seat, but I don't know whether to loop the elastic piece of the bottom of the cover under it, or just sit the cover over it and not worry about it....anybody know??
