Stress Marks

Are stress marks ok? I was cleaning out my car and realized white marks on the belt path side where the seat buckles into my car. Is it reason for concern/should I call the company? It is on a Graco Nautilus and it has only left my car/house a couple times with trusted friends. These marks were not there last time I washed the cover.
I will try to post pics in a few minutes.
And I just started installing with seatbelt a couple months ago. Could it be that?

I'm waiting for pictures. Some stress marks are normal from the manufacturing process, but some are not and are a sign of damage.

Thanks for letting me know. I will email Graco and see what to do. I can still use it in the meantime right? My other options are a harmony literider or an Evenflo Chase (he is over 40lbs though but 3 years old). Have to pick the kids up in an hour.

At three a booster is not an option IMO. The support ribs on the back side are not distorted, which is good. I would use it until you can contact Graco, but it is your call as the parent.

Ok thank you. I am the nanny and the parents leave safety choices up to me so I guess I will just use it for now.
I agree, 3 in a booster sounds terrible for him but just wanted to make sure that just using it is best.
I appreciate your help, hopefully I will hear back from Graco soon.

Wow just a quick update, I emailed Graco at 2pm and they emailed back less than 2 hours later that a new part is being sent! That was so much easier than I envisioned it being! Thanks for your help!
