I think that she is slouching a bit,she touches the ground , seatbelt fit is ok, it is on her hips, though her belly is sticking over,

She does not pass in my grand caravan, she is 10 1/2, weights 80 lbs, this is in a dodge ram 1500

She is begging... But well I'd keep my almost 14 year old in a seat if she still fit!! Lol

I see a gap between her buttocks and the vehicle seat back. No, she doesn't pass.

To double check, have her lean forward. If she's slouching, there will be an obvious gap when she leans forward. If not, then she will remain in contact with the vehicle seat back even while leaning forward.

Tell her to scoot her butt back and see if she still five steps. ;)

I'd be comfortable putting a small stool or phone book under her feet if not if her feet don't reach as long as her knees bend at the edge of the seat. The belt fit is perfect.

Looks like she has her bum pushed fwd to get her legs bent over the seat edge.

I think if she sat all the way back and upright, the lap belt may position better, but then her legs wouldn't bend properly.

So, no, she doesn't pass.

I'm late to the party but agree with everyone... she's very slouching and isn't sitting all the way back...
