Is the Superlatch Issue Resolved?

If I get a set of Radians, I want to be sure I can use the LATCH to install. I prefer not to use seatbelt if I don't have to. Does anyone have the latest update? The seats would go in a Ford Escape.

I can't answer about the superlatch issue being resolved or not, but regardless, make sure you can install your seats with a seatbelt just in case. What if you had to use a different vehicle or a position without latch?

Yes, jnamommy, I do know how. But I prefer only to rely on that in case of emergency. I would rather install with LATCH for everyday use. Just my own personal preference because it helps avoid accidental unbuckling by other family members.

I think it was mostly a vehicle specific incompatibility. Like we say all the time, not all child seats are compatible with all vehicles.

Many people never had an issue. I never did (in 4 different vehicles), but I do check the install before every use (which you should be doing anyways - with all child seats).
