What is the Difference Between the Various Radian Models?

My eyes are getting all googly just looking at the computer screen. But I think the Metro and Primrose covers are nice.

They all have the same shell size, same harness slots, etc. The difference is in the weight limits and headwings only.

The headwings are supposed to provide additional side impact protection. I know that they do provide additional sleep support for my toddler. The wings cannot be lowered beyond the third slots, and for a child on the bottom or second slots the wings are supposed to be moved all the way to the top of the seat and out of the way. The wings only go as high as the top slots, making using the seat with shoulders above the top slots impractical. If you're looking at the Diono Radians, the shoulder belt guide for booster mode is mounted on the back edge of the wing for the RXT (metal loop near the top corner of the seat for R100 and R120).

If you're looking to do some Radian super-puzzling, the headwings can interfere with some combinations (most notably, the MyRide when facing the same direction).

The R100 is a 65SL with booster mode. Booster weight limit is 100 lbs.
R120 is 80SL with booster mode. Booster weight limit is 120 lbs.
RXT is XTSL with booster mode. Booster weight limit is 120 lbs.
