I see that on ebay, ones that are NIB with manufacture dates of '02 are going for between 60-75, that seems reasonable to me (with CHEAP shipping please!).

I'd take a used (but from someone I've seen around the boards) one too (but would REALLY need it to be NO older than 3 '01).

I'd even happily take a Romer Vario (I know I know....but I *would* happily take one :)).

We just completed a charity auction for a new-in-box Laptop. It netted $62. Unfortunately, I doubt the fundraiser will be deemed successful enough by our members to warrant another auction of our few remaining Laptops. If we do auction another, I will post the details in the Laptop thread in the Car Seats forum after a vote in our next monthly meeting.

I will also propose we offer a Laptop to a donor in return for a fixed charitable contribution, perhaps $100 or $150 (the amount of our previous auction).

I think summer of '02 is the newest you will find on any Laptop.

Romer Vario

See, that looks very different....

I did see that, but I don't know....it's so VERY different that I'm a little wary. I've seen ones on French and German websites that look identical to the LapTop.
