Well, he's FF for now...

Turned DS2 FF last night...made my heart sad even though he's almost 3.5. Makes me nervous since we're heading into winter, but he's loving the novelty of it, for now.

He was creeping up on the MyRide RF'ing limit faster than I want to worry about, so he's been riding in the Radians. However, we've hit the point where my pregnant self cannot crawl into the back seat of the Sienna to buckle him anymore (and neither he or DS1 can get him buckled), and without the Diono wedge, I can't get his Radian to not touch the seat in front with the seat still being useable for DH.

So...hopefully the Diono wedge really will be out sometime soon, and with that I'll be able to get a RF'ing install that won't touch the front seat in my middle row. Until then...he's FF'ing

I just turned my 3.5 year old as well. He was getting too close to the limit on the TF with shoes & a sweater

I understand the feelings of sadness. I recently had to turn my 3 1/4 yo because she had hit the limit in her seat and the radian is not an option for us. I was hoping to at least make it to 3.5 and would have loved to make it to 4. Having her Rfing gave me that peace of mind that she was as safe as possible. But I have to try to remember that she is still harnessed properly and still fairly safe.
