B.O.B.® single and double Jogging Strollers Recalled by B.O.B. Trailers Due to Choking Hazard. Sold at: REI, Babies R' Us and other children's product and sporting goods stores nationwide and Amazon.com between November 1998 and October 2011 for between $280 and $600.

Nidec Motor Corporation Recalls Ecotech EZ® Variable Speed pool pump motors Due to Electrical Shock Hazard. Sold at: Pool motor distributors, pool dealers and pump manufacturers nationwide from September 2010 through August 2011 for about $1,000.

Marshall Group Recalls Marshall Gardens PatioGlo Bio-Fuel Gel Due to Burn Hazard. Sold at: Gift shops, home and garden stores, and online stores nationwide from November 2010 until August 2011 for between $7.99 and $11.99.

River Ranch Fresh Foods, LLC of Salinas, CA is initiating a voluntary recall of 2,154 cases of various Farmers Market and Hy-Vee brand bagged salad products due to the potential of being contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. products were produced on September 27, 2011 with Best By dates of October 14, 2011. These salad products were distributed in Iowa, Ohio, and Pennsylvania and sold in retail supermarkets.

Giant Eagle has been informed by representatives of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the presence of listeria monocytogenes in a routine random sample test of Giant Eagle Farmer's Market eight ounce package of Shredded Iceberg Lettuce, produced by River Ranch Fresh Foods LLC, with a use by date of October 14,2011. The packaged product affected is Giant Eagle Farmer's Market Shredded Iceberg Lettuce (UPC 3003430195). Additionally, the shredded iceberg lettuce was used in a small number of prepared deli ring sandwiches.

Osamu Corporation of Gardena, CA is recalling up to 1,800 cases, lot# 7013, of frozen ground tuna because the FDA found decomposition in several samples of the product and also found elevated histamine levels in samples taken from one retail location. The frozen ground tuna was shipped to three distributors from 08/18/11 to 09/08/11. The three distributors are AFC Corporation, Red Shell Foods and Pacific Fresh Fish Company. Two of these distributors have sushi franchises located in grocery stores.

CFE International, Canadian Fish Exporters, Inc. Auburndale, MA is recalling Salted, Smoked, Split Herring. A routine sample collected at a retail store by New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets found the product to be uneviscerated. Clostridium botulinum spores are more likely to be concentrated in the viscera than any other portion of the fish.
The product was distributed in 18 lb wooden boxes (40-60 count) thru distributors in: CT, FL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, PR, VA and packaged by retail stores in various weight range from ½ lb to 1.5 lb.

E-Z Shop Kitchens, Inc., a Fremont, Ohio, establishment, is recalling an undetermined amount of ready-to-eat, seasoned beef and shredded pork products because they were produced without the benefit of federal inspection. All of the products have unknown production dates and were distributed to retail and institutional customers in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and West Virginia between July 1 and Oct. 6.

Commercial Meat Co., a Los Angeles, Calif., establishment is recalling approximately 377,775 pounds of ground beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7. The products subject to recall were produced between Sept. 7, 2011 and Oct. 6, 2011 and were shipped to restaurants in California and Nevada, as well as one Federal establishment in California for further processing.

CooperVision, Inc. recalls certain lots of Avaira™ Toric contact lenses because of the unintended presence of a residue on certain lots of Avaira Toric lenses, which may cause hazy vision, discomfort, or eye injuries requiring medical treatment.
