Aimed too high

Caught our neighbors out washing the car and used it as an opportunity to talk carseats. We were bringing over food, too.

I said to double check it's not expired, and then I remembered to mention the screws that Graco requires for the backless. (They have this seat for the tiny 6-year-old). We got to talking and it turns out most of the time he isn't even in the seat...

So telling them about screws was aiming too high, lol. The child is smaller than my 5-year-old. If our neighbor could at least USE his seat that would be a step in the right direction.
