I was going in to do my review on Amazon for our Compass 540 and read a review by some guy rambling about how horribly the Compass tips in the center position of his car when turning, so much so that he is worried and looking back to make sure he's ok etc. He said he wanted it in the center because thats the safest place for a car seat. While that is normally true, it seems to me that most boosters, since they are not restrained by latch(most of them) and a tight seat belt installation WOULD tip if in the center of a normal sedan back seat. I guess it never even occurred to me to put a booster in the center of a back seat, mostly because our back seat does not have a center seating option.
just wondering what the general concensus would be about HBB in the center.
