TF vs. TFP

If you had the opportunity to get either one, which would you choose?

I really want a MA70 but am possibly trading my CCO for a TF or TFP.

What do you like better about one seat over the other? Pics?

Thanks in advance. :)

I have a TFP and have never really played with an installed TF, but if I recall correctly the only major difference is the rebound bar.

Given the option of either, I'd pick the TFP. I used to really wedge ( :) thanks Trudy!) the TFP into our Taurus' squishy cloth seats and I can easily see how the adjuster on a regular TF would have been buried without the small access space the ARB provides. It's less of an issue in my Sedona, the seats are firmer leather, but still nice. I know some people can pull the continuous harness slack to one side, but I loosen and tighten the harness every time and I like the easy access.

ETA: I'm also a bit of a fan of the rebound control.

I had a RF and LOVED it, but if the TFP had been out at the time, I would have wanted that instead. Big fan of the ARB.

I have had a TFP for Laine for two years. I bought a TF for my husband's car so it would fit better. The TFP takes up another inch or two front to back. They're both fine. I don't worry about the ARB, and I don't use the harness adjuster much at all.

The TF was our first convertible, and I L-O-V-E, love it! I tried a TFP when it was time to move DS out of the bucket, but it took up too much space front-to-back. Like others have said, the ARB foot adds an extra inch or two. Although I like the idea of the ARB for older kids, it just didn't work where we wanted it. And since I don't loosen and tighten everytime we load or unload, the buried harness adjuster on the TF doesn't bother me.

I had a TF and a TFP. I sold the TF  I prefer the arb, and it makes it easier to access the harness adjuster (even though I didn't use it often).

Personally... (have used both in my van) I like either... however TF is better with the front to back space.

I have never had the harness adjuster issue.. and I find it more adjustable to recline with the TF.

For rfing, I prefer the tfp. It makes the harness adjuster easier to reach and I like the arb. They're identical in every other aspect, if you need just a little more rfing room front to back then the regular would be better. I miss my tfs.
