I've read that there are apparently no structural changes between the new and old Complete Airs, but the dual level line is not technically retroactive and Dorel won't be sending out stickers for old seats.
So I'm wondering if the same applies to Canadian seats, what with the new standards kicking in January 1st. Will there be structural changes to the CA in Canada so it passes the new testing? I'm unsure what to tell parents who are trying to decide whether to install more upright or not. I won't tell them to go against the manual, but I would like to be fully informed. Anyone know? Or do we maybe just need to wait until January to see if that seat comes out with changes?
