question about snugride 35

question about snugride 35 added pictures

my 1 yr old is still on the first harness slot on is snugride 35.
he has at least an inch before he can go to second slots
has anybody else had a child who still fit on the first slots at age 1
added pictures how does he look in his seat?

Whoa- my DD hit the 2nd set at 1 mo old. Is your DC very leggy?

Depends which 1 year old My older 2 had definitely outgrown it by 1. The baby, well... he still has 4 inches of growing room in a KF so he would fit in the SR35 foreeeever

My 1yo would juuuuust be using the 2nd slots.

She's just reached the 2nd slots of the MR65.

My oldest fit an SS1 until 2.5 but never reached the top slots!

I had the ss1 which i believe is about the same shell my youngest fit in it on the second slots at 14 months old. She was on the first slots til about 8 or so months. She has a pretty small torso at just over 12 in at 2.5

DS was on the second slots at at year... never made it to the top slots (none of my kids did before moving to a Convertible)

I think he moved up to the second slots at 6 months or so

DD2 maxed out the comparable Graco SafeSeat1 heightwise at 11 months old.

My ds was on the second slots by then. He also never made it to the top slots before his head was within an inch from the top at 19 months. I figured it was just because of his bigger than average head!!
