Car seat retailers in Michigan

Hi-

I am trying to find a Regent in Madison in Southeast Michigan by Tuesday. I am going to check on delivery time frames but don't want to pay extra for shipping. Elitecarseats is out of stock or I would order from them, since they are based in Michigan and I got my BV the next day. BRU is saying they don't carry Regent's in Madison at all. Any guesses where to try? I am looking in the metro detroit area, ann arbor, Flint or Lansing areas. Thanks!

Try contacting the Toy House and Baby Too in Jackson http://www.toyhouseonline.com/map.html Phil, the owner, is a tech and sells Regents. I haven't been there recently to see what covers he carries. He doesn't sell online but can ship, probably, and the store is worth the drive if you're in SE Michigan. We bought our first Regent there last summer, and Phil, the store, and service were awesome.

Well, Right Start at Somerset is closed and is reopening this fall somewhere else. The Toy House is backordered on Regents but is expecting a shipment of Madison's in a couple weeks.

Oh bummer. Toy House was the only semi-local source for me last summer for a Regent, way before the big increase in demand for them due to the extended harnessing YouTube videos. I had hoped other MI stores besides BRU would sell them by now, too. Could you find one at BRU with the Sahara cover and swap covers with a Madison later on, maybe?

Bummer! I would have thought they would be easier to come by on that side of the state. If you are up for a road trip, USA Baby in Grand Rapids had the Regent (not sure about Madison however) a couple of moths ago anyway. I *think* Tot to Teen Village in Kalamzoo sells them, but I'm not sure. I keep ending up in Kazoo on Sundays and they are closed on Sundays. :(
