On our local news website that had an advertisement for an upcoming car seat check at a car dealership. The picture was of a 9month old rf in a baby seat. The straps were a little loose but it looked okay. The picture description though was, "9month old properly positioned in a high back booster seat. The position of the belts with the adjuster going across her chest is the key to correct positioning with this seat. "

It says Safe Kids Coalition is co-sponsored by the local police and fire dept. so I'm hoping there are properly trained CPST's there!
