There's a semicolon. What it says is less than or equal to seven years old must be in a child restraint. Rear facing restraints must be in the rear seat if available.

I like how they all say they only require a seatbelt to certain ages :rolleyes:
Seatbelts should be worn no matter what the age.

Yes, and all states except NH require adults to wear their seat belts. The chart is saying what ages are covered under the child passenger laws, and therefore the penalties would be based on that law, not the adult seat belt law.

Ohhh that makes sense. I didnt realize that it would fall under different laws.

And just in case you really forget, just step onto someone's property who doesn't want you there and watch as he pulls out his gun to shoot. Cuz, you know that's legal here too :rolleyes:
