Good CS from Graco

I sent a message to Graco last week. The headrest of one of our HBTBs kept slipping down to the lowest position. I told them it would NOT be safe if it happened in the car. I didn't get a message back from them, so I thought they were ignoring it. But when I got home today there was a new headrest waiting for me. We can use our TB again. Yay!

I hope this new headrest works for you! I had the same problem, they replaced the headrest. It happened again, they replaced the entire back. It happened AGAIN, I got a refund.

Their CS has been the best of any big company I've ever dealt with. Seriously--why don't they run Verizon?!

Love Graco's CS. They seem like they really try to make their customers, and that's not something you see very often anymore.

I love Graco.

I am way more likely to buy their seats and other products because I know they stand behind them. We've had issues with our old infant seat and a stroller and never had a problem with their CS, even after the product was a few years old.

I have had great service from Graco as well. I am so excited for the new Turbo to be released! I love the fit of the Turbo but wanted a more substantial seat with SIP- I am going to keep my 7yo in her Regent until it comes out.
