Question Britax manufacture date, typo?

Was browsing the Britax site, looking at the retired seats and noticed that the Bodyguard was stated as retired in 2005. This sent me in to a panic thinking that maybe I have been using an expired seat! When I went out to check our BG, the manufacture date said 3/23/06... What gives?

I think they decide to retire the seats, but still have covers/ parts left. So the retirement date is the date they decide to discontinue making the seat, but they still make some seats after that date, until their supplies are used up.

Yup, this! I also have a March 06 BG and a SRC with a similar DOM.
