In Search Of A wrap that isn't 3283428934m long.

I've got a Bali Breeze wrap that I like, but it's freaking long as heck (like, 6m) and I'm having a hard time with it. I am looking for something more in the 4m range. Liam is also kind of a turd and has been throwing himself off my back while I'm wrapping, so I'm pretty much looking for something basic and inexpensive right now until I decide if he's going to get better or if I just need to stick with my Beco and ring sling.

My only requests are that it be less than $50, not stretchy, around 4m or so, and not pink. :)

Anyone?

Probably, but I think I will like the length once I get used to wrapping. I like the extra support...it just takes me forever right now. I could just get fabric too but I'm seriously too lazy and my mom has other projects right now.

Is $80ppd less than 50?

I can't go lower than $80ppd on my EEUC Didymos Katja, sz 5, 4.17m....it's nicely supportive though, for the single layer back carries you'll be whipping up with it ;) LMK if you want a pic.

I am just learnig to wrap and DS isn't always cooperative. I have found that if I pull both top rails tight, lean forward, tuck one side btwn my knees while I work with the other side, DS is usually tucked in so tight that he can't move much...doesn't always work, but it is better than what I was trying before! Have you looked on Thebabywearer.com? Maybe you can find a reasonable DIY there? Maybe on storkbrokers.com? Good Luck!

Unless your BB is rare, I'd chop it then invest in a new one later on. That way you're not spending anymore money now. Also with more experience you may decide you want a different 6m wrap or maybe that you can do most carries 4m... Depends how tall you are.
