Question Radian recline for toddler

I'm drawing a complete blank and can't find the detail. How upright is acceptable for toddlers? DD is 29 mth, about 26 lbs. I've installed it at 45 degrees, but I'm thinking it can be more upright than that.

And speaking of recline, when is that toddler boot I've been hearing supposed to be coming out?

45 degrees is the most it can be reclined. You can put it as upright as you can physically get it.

They are coming out with an Angle Adjuster (I think that was the correct name) soon. Target date is early October. It's a wedge of some sort that goes under the butt of the seat to make it more upright.

Ok, that makes sense. I guess that's the issue - I'm not sure I can get it any more upright as it is. That's why I'm thinking I would need that wedge! :) I'll play around with it more when it's not boiling in the garage.
