Difference between model years on baby jogger city elite?

Does anyone know the difference between 2008 thru 2011 model years on the city elite? Or where I could find specs? I'm most concerned about the seat dimensions being smaller than what's currently on their website. I'm considering buying an older model.

I'm fairly certain that 2009 was the last year of the air tires. After that, they went to "forever air" (foam) tires. The newer ones are heavier b/c of that, but you never get a flat. I'm currently hunting for a 2009 City Elite. I don't know any of the other differences.

ebay has a few ending this morning. they're new from babysurplus (albeebaby). I think the black ones with the black spokes are from 2009? Look up the model number quoted and hurry because they're ending ASAP. I just got a 2008 for 162!
