Onboard35 should i call dorel?

The rubber grips on one side of the bottom keep falling off? Do you think I should call dorel my guess is yes but just want to see if anyone else has had that problem. It doesn't keep it from clicking into the base but I can for see it being a problem when installing it baseless

K...thats what i figured they are obviously closed today...i'll call them first thing in the morning and let you guys know what they say
